Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains how Whitflow (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information through whitflow.com and the tools we use to run our business.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site. We use a third-party analytics and visitor-identification script (Leadsy) that may collect this information and attempt to identify the business you visit from.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your free audit or quote, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Form submissions are sent to our own automation system (n8n), which records the lead and notifies us. We may also store it in the tools we use to run the business, such as email and spreadsheets.
Google user data
Whitflow uses its own internal automation (hosted at n8n.whitflow.com) that connects to Google services such as Google Sheets and Google Drive. This connection is used only by Whitflow to read and update our own business files. It is not offered to the public.
Any data accessed through Google APIs is used only to run these internal workflows. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as needed to operate the workflow or as required by law. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email, and automation tools), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for working with you or as required for business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-restricted accounts, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
